Lyceum Theatre location
Situated on the corner of Wellington Street, the Lyceum Theatre is slap-bang in the centre of a host of other famous West End theatres and attractions. Located on the junction between the Strand and Aldwych, the venue is easy to find and well connected for public transport.
By tube
- The nearest tube stations to the Lyceum are Charing Cross (for the Bakerloo and Northern Line) and Covent Garden (for the Piccadilly line)
- 6 minutes from Charing Cross: Exit the tube, cross the road at the traffic lights and turn right along The Strand. Once you reach the Aldwych junction, the theatre is on your left. You can't miss it
- 3 minutes from Covent Garden: Exit the tube, turn right on Long Acre then right into Bow Street / Wellington Street and follow the road for 200 meters. The theatre is on your right
By bus
- Buses to Aldwych: RV1, X68, 1, 6, 11, 13, 23, 59, 68, 87, 168, 171, 172, 188, 243
- Buses to the Strand: 4, 9, 15, 26, 76, 91, 139, 176, 34
By car
- The Lyceum Theatre is inside the London Congestion Charge Zone, which applies between 7am and 6pm and costs £10 per day. If you're driving to the theatre after 6pm, you won't be charged
- The nearest car park is the Covent Garden Parker Street car park. Parking costs £24 for 2-4 hours and the car park is open 24/7
- The Lyceum Theatre is a member of the Q-Park Scheme. The nearest participating car park is the 24hr Q Park Chinatown Car Park at 20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR. Parking costs £18 for up to 3hrs and £24 for 4hrs, but as a theatregoer you can save 50% if you get your parking ticket validated at the theatre. Just ask at the box office
